To reduce the negative impact of urban activities, we must commit to making fundamental changes in the way our societies approach production and consumption of goods.

By building a sustainable business model we want to reduce the amount of food waste produced through consumption and prevent losses through inefficiencies in the supply chain.

Climate change is one of the most pressing threats facing the world today and urgent action needs to be taken to avoid large impacts on the availability of basic necessities like freshwater, food security and energy.

We want to achieve this in two ways: 1) to reduce the amount of greenhouse gases produced by organic matter being disposed in landfills, 2) to capture carbon through the growth of bamboo.
